Frequently Asked Questions
Do guests count as members?
No. You only pay for your team members. Clients, vendors and collaborators join as guests on the files you share with them, at no cost and without taking a seat.
What happens if I change plans?
Switch whenever you want. Moving down keeps all your data, nothing is deleted. You just stop creating new budgets or boards above the limit until you free up space or move back up.
What are AI credits?
They are the assistant's fuel: they're spent when you ask it to build a budget, suggest line items or automate a task. They renew every month with your billing cycle and they are per member, so a team of three on Pro gets 3000 a month.
What does the AI do with my data?
The AI reads only what you ask it to in your session, and we never use your data to train models. Everything travels encrypted and is stored encrypted in Supabase (PostgreSQL). You can delete your conversations any time.
