Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Get (the getshitdone.cl website, the web app and the iOS and Android apps, “Get” or “the Service”) is operated by Ourules SpA, Chilean tax ID (RUT) 77.991.624-3, domiciled in the commune of San José de Maipo, Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at benja@getshitdone.cl.

These Terms govern your use of Get. By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted them, together with the Privacy Policy (getshitdone.cl/privacy) and the Refund Policy (getshitdone.cl/refund), which are part of them. If you do not agree, do not use Get.

2. What Get is

Get is online software for creative professionals and teams. Among other things, it lets you:

• Create budgets and quotes, share them with your clients and export them.
• Record transactions, purchase orders, expense reports and advance funds.
• Connect your SII (Chilean tax authority) account and your bank accounts to import documents and transactions, and issue tax documents.
• Send documents for electronic signature (Get Sign) and share large files (Transfer).
• Work with an AI assistant and with reference boards.
• Connect external assistants, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to your workspace through our MCP server.

Get is a tool. It is not an accounting service or tax, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace an accountant. The decisions you make with the information in Get are yours.

We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something significant from a paid plan, we will give you at least 30 days' notice.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. If you use Get on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know right away.

Each account is personal. Do not share your credentials: to work with other people, invite them to your workspace.

4. Workspaces and teams

Information in Get is organized into workspaces. Whoever creates a workspace owns it and can invite members, assign roles and permissions, and remove them. Each member can see and edit what their permissions allow.

The workspace owner subscribes to the plan and is responsible for how its members use it. When a member leaves a workspace, what they created there stays in the workspace.

5. Your content

Everything you upload or create in Get (budgets, contacts, transactions, files, signatures, boards) belongs to you. We acquire no ownership rights over it.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process and display that content only as needed to provide the Service. This includes sending it to the providers listed in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the right to upload that content. When it includes data about other people (your clients, vendors or team), you confirm that you have a legal basis to process it in Get. For that data, you are the controller and we act as your processor, following your instructions.

We do not sell your content, use it for advertising or use it to train artificial intelligence models.

6. What you share outside Get

Several features are meant to take information out of your workspace: public budget links, Transfer download links, signature requests, purchase orders sent by email and links that let other people upload their expenses. Anyone who has one of those links can see its content while it is active. You decide who you share it with, and you can turn it off.

If you connect an external assistant (Claude, ChatGPT or another) to your workspace, the information that assistant reads is subject to its provider's terms. You can revoke the connection at any time from settings.

7. Artificial intelligence

AI features use third-party models, such as OpenAI and Anthropic. Their answers can be wrong or incomplete: review them before relying on them, especially for amounts, taxes or client data.

When you ask the assistant to make a change (for example, create a budget or record an expense), the change is made in your workspace. In budgets, you can review and revert every change the assistant made.

AI usage is measured in credits included in your plan. Credits renew every period, do not roll over and have no cash value.

8. SII, banks, document issuing and signatures

The connection with the SII and with banks goes through Emisso, a specialized provider. Your tax password and bank passwords are entered directly on Emisso's page and never pass through our servers. By connecting, you authorize us and Emisso to read your documents and transactions, and to issue documents when you ask.

Tax documents you issue from Get (for example, invoices) are issued in your name and under your responsibility before the SII. Check the details before issuing. We are not responsible for errors in the information you entered, or for outages or changes at the SII, the banks or Emisso.

Get Sign lets you sign documents with a simple electronic signature under Chilean Law 19.799. It is not an advanced electronic signature, so it is not valid for acts that the law requires to be signed with an advanced signature or before a notary. Deciding whether it is enough for your document is up to you.

9. Plans, payments and free trial

Get has a free plan with limits and paid plans. Prices, limits and what each plan includes are published at getshitdone.cl/pricing. Prices are in US dollars (USD), and taxes may be added depending on your country.

On the web, payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as merchant of record: it charges you, issues the receipt and handles taxes. In the iOS app, the subscription is purchased and billed through Apple's App Store.

Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. App Store subscriptions are cancelled from your Apple account settings, at least 24 hours before renewal.

The Pro plan has a base price that includes the first member, plus an amount for each additional member. Adding members increases what your subscription costs.

If you start a 14-day free trial, the plan is charged automatically when it ends unless you cancel before. We will send you a reminder before it ends.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from the first renewal after the notice. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Acceptable use

When using Get, you agree not to:

• Use it for illegal or fraudulent purposes, including issuing false tax documents.
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy) or that is defamatory or offensive.
• Access or try to access other people's accounts, workspaces or data, or bypass security measures.
• Use Get's email sending to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Upload viruses or malicious code, overload the Service or scrape data automatically outside our API and our MCP server.
• Copy, resell or redistribute the Service, or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows.
• Use the AI to generate illegal, misleading or harmful content.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account (section 14).

11. Availability and backups

We do what is reasonable to keep Get available and your data protected, with automatic backups. Even so, no online service runs without interruptions: there can be maintenance, failures or outages at our providers.

We recommend periodically exporting information that is critical to you, for example your budgets as PDF or Excel and your transactions.

12. Liability

Get is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it is error-free, that it will run without interruptions or that its results (including AI output and tax calculations) are accurate for your case.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data or business arising from the use of Get or the inability to use it. Our total liability, for any cause, will not exceed what you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

None of the above limits the non-waivable rights you have under Chilean Consumer Protection Law 19.496, or our liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.

13. Indemnification

If you use Get in a way that breaks these Terms, the law or third-party rights, and that leads to a claim against us, you will cover the reasonable costs it causes us, including attorneys' fees.

14. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Get at any time and delete your account from settings. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone; what happens to your data is explained in the Privacy Policy. If you own a workspace with other members or have an active subscription, you must first transfer the workspace or cancel the subscription.

We may suspend or close an account or workspace if it breaks these Terms, if the law requires it or if it puts other users' security at risk. Except in urgent cases, we will notify you first and give you time to export your information.

If a workspace leaves a paid plan, it returns to the free plan: we do not delete its information, but the free plan's features and limits apply.

Obligations that arose before termination, such as amounts owed, remain in effect.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If the change is significant, we will notify you in advance by email or inside Get and ask you to accept them again. If you do not agree, you can stop using Get and delete your account. The date of the latest version appears at the top of this page.

16. General provisions

If any clause is found void or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not exercising a right does not mean we waive it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the use of Get. Headings are only for readability.

If this English version differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.

If you have a problem, write to us first at benja@getshitdone.cl and we will try to solve it. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Santiago, Chile, without prejudice to your right, as a consumer, to go to the local police court (Juzgado de Policía Local) of your domicile or to the National Consumer Service (SERNAC) under Law 19.496.
