Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Get platform ("the Service"), operated by Get ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using Get, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.

Get is a project management platform designed for creative professionals. The Service includes budgeting tools, CRM, earnings tracking, real-time collaboration, and an artificial intelligence assistant.

2. User Accounts

To use Get, you must create an account by providing truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

Each user can belong to one or more workspaces. Data within a workspace is accessible only by authorized members of that workspace.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent activities.

3. Service Description

Get provides the following core functionalities:

• Creation and management of professional budgets with advanced spreadsheet-style editor
• Artificial intelligence assistant for budget generation and optimization
• Client, contact, and company management
• Project management with status tracking and file management
• Tracking and visualization of earnings per project
• Real-time collaborative budget editing
• Budget export to PDF format

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any functionality of the Service with reasonable prior notice.

4. Artificial Intelligence

Get integrates AI functionalities through external providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic). When using these functionalities:

• The AI processes the information you provide in each request. We do not send your account data to AI providers without your explicit action.
• AI-generated results are suggestions and should be reviewed by the user. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated responses.
• AI conversations are stored to improve your experience and optimize the service, but are never used to train artificial intelligence models.
• AI credits are consumed per use. Unused credits from the Free plan do not carry over between periods.

5. Data and Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you create on Get, including budgets, client data, and uploaded files.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content for the sole purpose of operating the Service.

We do not access, sell, or share your data with third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy or when required by law.

6. Payments and Billing

The Free plan is free and does not require payment information. For the Pro plan, payment terms are agreed upon on a personalized basis when requesting access.

Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice. Price changes will not affect already-paid billing periods.

7. Prohibited Use

By using Get, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized activities
• Attempt to access other users' data or workspaces without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Intentionally overload servers or interfere with the Service's operation
• Use the AI to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

8. Limitation of Liability

Get is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms, with prior notice when possible.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Get operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
