We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices. By using Get, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

• Account data: name, email, password (encrypted), profile photo
• Professional profile data: creative roles, social media, website, portfolio
• Business data: clients, contacts, companies, projects, budgets
• Files: documents and images you upload to the platform
• Communications: messages you send to our support team

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, frequency of use
• Device data: browser type, operating system, screen resolution
• Location data: country and language inferred from your IP address (we do not track precise location)
• Analytics data: platform interactions, clicks, page navigation, and usage events collected through product analytics tools

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively for:

• Operating and maintaining the Get platform
• Processing your budgets, projects, and client data
• Providing AI functionalities when you explicitly request them
• Sending service-related notifications (account changes, product updates)
• Improving and optimizing performance and user experience
• Preventing fraud and ensuring platform security

4. Artificial Intelligence and Your Data

Get integrates AI functionalities. It's important you understand how we handle your data in this context:

• The AI only processes information when you initiate a request (for example, generating a budget).
• We only send the minimum necessary information to the AI provider to complete your request.
• AI conversations are stored on our servers to improve your experience and optimize response quality. You can delete them at any time from the platform.
• Your data is never used to train third-party AI models.
• You can use the platform without using AI functionalities.

Our current AI providers are OpenAI and Anthropic. Their privacy policies are available on their respective websites.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored using Supabase, a PostgreSQL-based platform that provides:

• Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
• Row Level Security (RLS) ensuring you can only access data within your workspaces
• Automatic backups and disaster recovery
• Infrastructure hosted in certified data centers (AWS)

Uploaded files are stored in Supabase Storage with strict access policies linked to your workspace.

6. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with:

• Supabase: database and storage infrastructure
• OpenAI and Anthropic: AI request processing (only when you request it)
• Vercel: application hosting
• PostHog: product analytics to understand how the platform is used and improve the user experience. Data is stored on PostHog servers in the United States.
• Legal authorities: when required by law or to protect our legal rights

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all data we store about you
• Correct inaccurate information in your profile
• Export your data (budgets to PDF, account data)
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Withdraw your consent for AI functionality usage at any time
• Opt out of analytics tracking, which will stop all usage data collection by PostHog

9. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. After account deletion:

• Your personal data is deleted within 30 days
• Backups containing your data are deleted in regular rotation cycles (maximum 90 days)
• Anonymized data for statistical purposes may be retained indefinitely

10. Children

Get is not designed for users under 16 years of age. We do not intentionally collect information from minors. If we discover that a minor has provided personal data, we will delete it immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform. We recommend reviewing this policy regularly.
