- Refunds are issued for the full amount of the transaction, with no deductions.
- No reason is required to request a refund within this period.
3. Payment Processing
All payments for Get are processed by our authorized payment provider, who handles all billing, invoicing, sales tax, and refund processing on our behalf.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Send an email to benja@getshitdone.cl with the subject "Refund Request" including your account email.
- Alternatively, you can reply directly to the receipt email you received at the time of purchase.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel within the 14-day money-back guarantee period, you are entitled to a full refund.
